In November 2025, 116,553 foreign tourists entered Nepal.
According to the data released by the Nepal Tourism Board on Monday, tourist arrivals increased in November. Among the major tourist destinations, the highest number of tourists came from India, with 18,995. Similarly, 11,254 tourists came from the United States, 7,871 from China, 7,189 from the United Kingdom, 5,653 from Bangladesh, 5,393 from Australia, 4,831 from Sri Lanka, 4,484 from Myanmar, 4,211 from France and 4,134 from Germany. Regionally, 30,870 tourists came from South Asian countries, 28,613 from other Asian countries, 5,891 from Europe, 13,678 from America, 1,802 from Middle Eastern countries, 412 from Africa and 6,269 from other countries, according to the data released by the board. In the last 11 months of 2025, from January to November, 1 million 60,269 tourists came. In October this year alone, 128,443 tourists visited Nepal. This month is considered the main tourist season.
In September 2025, 78,000 foreign tourists entered Nepal, while in August, 88,680 tourists entered Nepal.
